Abstract

The present article depicts the process followed in order to obtain the Drag Polar for an Agricultural Aircraft designed and manufactured in Colombia. The work consisted in the determination of a generalized-power curve (PIW-VIW Method) through data gathering during flight tests at different altitudes and airspeeds. The obtained results are given in the form of aerodynamic parameters, being the most relevant: the Zero-Lift Parasite drag coefficient (CDo) and the Oswald efficiency factor (e).
