Abstract

 Nowadays a growing interest in seeking the formula that permits to reach greater efficiency in the logistic processes is being evidenced, deeply analyzing the operations related to the delivery, storage, automation of processes and quality management systems. Nevertheless, it is fundamental that business strategies give adequate attention to the aspects related to the management supply.

 

 An accurate, sustainable and efficient supply strategy is based on the construction of a solid companionship with the suppliers who, after achieving different phases of pre selection and selection, will tend to guarantee the supply of goods and/or services, according to the conditions in which they have negotiated. The satisfactory procedure and the compliance of the commitments contracted by the parts, under an atmosphere of professionalism and of responsibility, will conduct to make up collaborative alliances business – supplier.

 For instance, the SRM, Supplier Relationship Management, supported in the establishment of agreements based on common interests, efficient, functional, and slight relations, guarantees the supply giving it an important draw for the development of the chain of value.
