Abstract

This paper presents some of the most important actions of the Colombian Air Force to develop, maintain and improve processes related to quality management. Pick up the efforts on the issue has developed since 1999 until the date of this document and evidence that is being developed in some of their work units to facilitate the achievement of development objectives and the mission of the FAC.
