The learning process in an organization is proper to all people and so is a social fact. The knowledge obtained through the learning process is found in their experience and personal understanding, which are both respon sible for the success or failure of the management. To encourage the generation ofthis kind of knowledge the organization must provide the proper environment to facilita te the learning process and motívate sharing to improve collective understanding.
