Manual para el Manejo del Riesgo Operacional O.R.M. para la misión de transporte aéreo en la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el diseño del Manual para el manejo de Riesgo Operacional O. R. M., para minimizar el riesgo operacional en las misiones de transporte aéreo en la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana. En este trabajo se presenta una visión de la aplicabilidad de la metodología O. R. M., para la cual se recopiló cada uno de los procesos para evidenciar los procedimientos empleados en el cumplimiento de la misión de transporte aéreo, con el fin de efectuar un diagnóstico del estado actual, identificando las áreas y eventos de mayor exposición al riesgo y orientar los esfuerzos a la adaptación del O. R. M. para mantener los diferentes sucesos y la tasa de accidentalidad dentro de los valores aceptables de ocurrencia que pueden ser minimizados.
