Design of a transfer model of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to the Colombian Air Force

The aeronautics logistics has an important role in the Colombian Air Force to development of the air operations, owed to the fact that it must provide the aircraft and associated air equipment to the fulfillment of the institutional mission. Thus, the general objective of this work is to set a proposal to improve the performance of the supply chain, as an essential aspect to get the aircrafts ready, through a design of model Transfer Reference Methodology for Supply Chain Operations (SCOR) for the Colombian Air Force (FAC) by four methodological phases: preliminary analysis, situational diagnosis, development and closure, which allowed to get a proposal according to organization request for the development of air operations in the national territory, taking into account the results found, conclusions and recommendation to be considered by the institution.
