The purpose of this documentary-descriptive research article is to conduct a comparative analysis of air standards established by international organizations such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (OACI), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), compared to the regulations implemented by the Civil Aeronautical Special Administrative Unit (UAEAC) regarding the regulation of air operations with aircraft known as drones, generating new challenges for traditional aviation in congested airspace, due to an increase in the use of drones because of the innovation and creativity of the human being in the generation of new technological solutions (Thomas, 2015). Finally, it is intended to establish a normative contribution to the program for the prevention of accidents of Remotely Manned Aircraft (ART), thus securing a proactive operational safety system as suggested in the document "Fast Operational Safety Guide" (FAC, 2015). Through the design and implementation of a database of drone operators, the creation of a virtual course similar to the one established by FAA called "know before you fly", without leaving aside the continuous promotion and dissemination of legislation already established, improving communication between users and the competent aeronautical authorityDownloads
