The goal of this investigation is to improve the times of delivery and distribution of aeronautical spare parts through "AOG" (Aircraft On Guard) method, wich attends the needs from Logistic Operations Department of the Colombian Air Force. According with the analysis of each link from the suplly chain, the activities to be improved were identified, as well as unnecessary works, in order to adequate them and reduce the answering time of products needed.
