Along the last 200 years, the country has suffered great changes in all aspects, which has generated a strategic position for all the productive sectors, doing them a lot more competitive and dynamic.
These advances are achieved thanks to the change of paradigms favored by who press on those businesses. From the middle of the 20th century, with the commencement of the term “Logistics”1 and the identification of the customer needs, businesspeople have been trying to set a greater faithfulness and at the same time a reduction of operations costs maximizing the benefits.
To achieve this new mission, it is essential to get the technological changes that are being produced, breaking the paradigm of traditional habits. The huge challenge is to begin by changing the business mentality of its teams.
