The conditions of formation in the present world go beyond the work value that the student does with the teacher in the classroom. There is a great cognitive effort that gets across. the classroom frontiers in time and space. The credit system favours the formation process, guaranteeing the impartiality, democracy and equality in the different teaching-learning sceneries. The present article is based on a research project done in the NCO school; it was done a diagnostic evaluation to the institution taking into account the politics, the schedules and the teaching programs.
The questions is, how to implement the academic credit system in the maintenance Aeronautical program for the N.C.O Air Force School, that guarantees formation and strategies for an effective learning, taking into account its nature ,characteristics and institutional reality?
